What “Scaling with Integrity” Means to Us

At NSW Certified Cleaning Service growing with integrity means.

  • Growing without compromising safety, quality, or client trust

  • Carefully hiring and training staff to uphold our standards and values

  • Building systems that protect consistency as we grow

  • Being honest about what we offer and how we operate

  • Prioritising the wellbeing of clients and team members

  • Growing sustainably, with a focus on long-term relationships — not shortcuts

And it means staying true to the mission of providing safe, healthy spaces, especially for vulnerable clients like those in the NDIS community.

Our Professional Cleaning Framework

NSW Certified Cleaning Service operates using structured, professional cleaning principles aligned with ISSA standards and GBAC-informed hygiene practices.

Each service follows a consistent framework to ensure safety, quality, and respect for every client and environment.

Our framework includes:

  • Assessment
We assess the space, usage, hygiene risks, and individual client needs before commencing work.

  • Method Selection
Appropriate cleaning methods, equipment, and products are selected based on the environment and level of cleaning required.

  • Controlled Cleaning
Cleaning is carried out systematically, using safe practices that prioritise hygiene, care, and client dignity.

  • Verification
Completed work is visually checked and reviewed to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.

  • Client Communication
We communicate clearly with clients and support teams regarding outcomes, observations, and any follow-up recommendations.

This framework allows us to deliver consistent, professional outcomes while maintaining a respectful and supportive service approach.

Service Capability & Scope

We believe professionalism includes being clear about what we provide — and where specialist services are required.

Our services include:

  • NDIS-compliant domestic and support cleaning

  • Hygiene and sanitation cleaning for residential environments

  • Steam cleaning of bathrooms, tiles, grout, and hard surfaces

  • Mould prevention cleaning (non-invasive surface treatment)

  • Trauma-informed, dignity-focused cleaning services

  • Respectful support for clients working toward greater wellbeing and independence

Our services do not include:

  • Structural water-damage remediation

  • Insurance restoration or emergency response services

  • Licensed mould remediation or invasive mould treatment

  • Hazardous material or biohazard removal requiring specialist licensing

Where a service falls outside our scope, we assist clients and support coordinators by recommending appropriate specialist providers.

Professional Standards & Team Training

NSW Certified Cleaning Service operates under internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) designed to support safe, consistent, and respectful service delivery.

All team members are trained in:

  • Appropriate use of PPE and cleaning equipment

  • Hygiene and infection-prevention practices

  • Client dignity, privacy, and respectful communication

  • Safe product use and environmental awareness

  • Clear documentation and job follow-up procedures

These standards ensure our services are delivered with professionalism, care, and accountability across every visit.
