Do I have to have the whole home cleaned?

No, we can clean the parts of the home if you prefer. but even though there are parts of the home that do not get used, these areas receive soil and dust build-up deposited by air currents.

We can clean just parts of your home but it maybe recommend that you have all rooms in your home cleaned.

Do I have to move the furniture?

We clean around aquariums, large entertainment centers and dining room hutches, buffets and bookcases. We are not permitted to clean china cabinet or your televisions. Your cleaning craw will carefully move any light furniture we ask that you remove any small breakable items from the light  furniture that your cleaning craw may need to move so we  are able to clean and that you put away any personal information and valuable items.

Should I Vacuum my carpets to keep them looking clean?

You really can't vacuum your carpets too much. Vacuuming  is one of the most important element in keeping your home and your carpet  looking in good shape. Traffic areas should be vacuumed twice a week and other areas weekly. So it certainly wouldn't hurt to vacuum your carpets on the day's you are not having cleaning service, However, we include a very powerful vacuuming in all of our cleaning packages so don't worry if you don't.

What if I want more work done?

That's great! if possible, we can give you better service by contacting us ahead of time to schedule more time for your home. 

However, if you discover additional work the day of your cleaning many times we can fit it in. if not, we'll be happy to schedule another day.

Everyone wants a ''fair deal'' and to get what they pay for. 

Your cleaning pricing is determined by the type of service you need and details about your home like the square footage, the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, number of people and animals in the home and the level of soiling that is necessary to be cleaned and the amount of time that is needed. It is a fairer method for our customers. This is why we offer our Initial and our Top to Bottom packages for your first cleaning.

How come all these other cleaning companies charge by the hour? I just have an ''average'' home. Can't you give me a price based on the number of hours?

We really want to give you the best cleaning! That's why we treat each home individually and charge each homeowner for the amount and type of cleaning there home needs. When you purchased your carpet, you probably bought it by the Square meter. purchasing cleaning should be the same way-paying for the exact amount you want cleaned, the exact square footage and soiling that is needed be removed.

This way you are only charged for the amount of cleaning- not for the ''average''. After all, if you have a clean home and your neighbor had a dirty home, you should not have to pay the same price.

Your price is higher than what I see advertised by other cleaners.

I can understand why you feel that way. Many of our customers felt the same way at one time. Some of them even tried what are called ''cut rate cleaners'' and if you want to give them a try, we understand and want you to feel free to give us a call for your next cleaning. 

However, many of our customers have found that the old  saying is true, ''you get what you pay for.'' The reason they always came back to us is we really do give better value for the dollar.

Ask yourself what expense the ''cut rate operations'' have eliminated? insurance, high quality products, or maybe inadequate employee training?

We really do value our customers for life and we can only do this by covering the true cost of staying in business long term for you. We do no not pick up waste, Blood or feces (animal or human)

For insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than 2 steps or on a ladder

For insurance purposes, we do not move furniture like hitches, buffets and bookcases.

Televisions will not be cleaned 

We are not permitted to open glass doors or clean china cabinet.

We ask that your pets be secured for their own safety. A calm pet can become frightened and/ or aggressive when ''introduced'' to our equipment and for our cleaning technician safety.

We also love kids but please don't let them touch our equipment or walk on wet flooring for their safety.
