Hi am JODIE
Living with disability — and supporting a close family member with disability — has given me firsthand insight into how vital safety, consistency, respect, and clear communication are in someone’s home.
Because I understand how overwhelming environments can be, how routines matter, and how trust is built slowly, I approach cleaning differently.
My focus isn’t just on completing tasks — it’s on providing a service that supports comfort, dignity, and wellbeing in the spaces people live in every day.
Professional-Grade Products for Your Health and Safety
We use industry-approved, professional-grade cleaning products selected for their effectiveness, safety, and compliance with health standards. This ensures a thorough clean that supports the wellbeing of clients and their families, while respecting environmental concerns.
This helps me support people who:
-
Have sensitivities or allergies, ensuring their environment is safe and comfortable
-
Require strict hygiene standards to protect their health and wellbeing
-
Depend on consistent, trustworthy cleaning that respects their routines and dignity
-
Live with disabilities or health conditions that make safety and comfort a priority
-
Want peace of mind knowing their home is cleaned with care, using products suited to their unique needs

Steward of Care-Based Cleaning

Meet the Founder
NSW Certified Cleaning Service was founded by Jodie, with one clear goal — to provide professional, health-focused cleaning services that go beyond surface-level cleaning.
As the founder and lead cleaner, Jodie has completed extensive professional training and certification to ensure every service meets high safety, hygiene, and quality standards — particularly for NDIS participants and vulnerable households.

Steward of Care-Based Cleaning
At NSW Certified Cleaning Service, we don’t just clean houses — we care for homes.
As a Steward of Care-Based Cleaning, we take responsibility for the health, safety, and comfort of every space we enter. This means upholding rigorous standards, respecting the people who live there, and consistently delivering care that goes beyond surface-level tidying.
Our approach is rooted in respect, trust, and professionalism. We understand that cleaning is a vital part of wellbeing, especially for vulnerable clients, and we’re committed to doing it thoughtfully, thoroughly, and with kindness.
Choosing NSW Certified Cleaning Service means choosing more than a cleaning service — it means choosing care you can rely on.
About Me (Jodie Tupper)
Hi, I’m Jodie — the heart and hands behind NSW Certified Cleaning Service.
Cleaning has always been more than just a job to me. It’s personal. Growing up, my family faced challenges few talked about — when I was a child, there was no support like the NDIS, and we had to care for my brother, who was completely disabled, all on our own. Watching my mum manage everything taught me the true meaning of dedication, love, and the importance of a clean, safe, and healthy home.
I also live with dyslexia, which has shaped how I approach learning and work. It’s taught me patience, determination, and the value of doing things properly.
Today, my mission is clear: to help families, businesses, and people who need extra support feel safe, cared for, and comfortable in their spaces. I know firsthand how a truly clean home can bring peace of mind, protect health, and support wellbeing.
When you choose NSW Certified Cleaning Service, you’re not just hiring a cleaner — you’re partnering with someone who cares deeply about your space and your wellbeing. I’m committed to providing professional, thorough, and respectful service every time.
Thank you for trusting me with your home or business. It’s an honor to help you create a safe, healthy environment where you can thrive
