Please note, we do not provide personal care, supervision, behaviour support, or Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. Our role is to support your comfort and wellbeing through professional cleaning only.

Hi! I’m Jodie Tupper, the founder of NSW Certified Cleaning Service.
Starting this business was born from my passion for providing compassionate, trustworthy cleaning services — especially for families and individuals who need extra care, like those involved with NDIS and aged care.
I know firsthand how important it is to have a cleaning team you can rely on — someone who treats your home with respect, values safety, and understands your unique needs. That’s why I built NSW Certified Cleaning Service around principles of integrity, professionalism, and kindness.
Right now, I’m proudly running the business myself, ensuring every clean meets the highest standards — but my dream is to grow a team of dedicated, caring cleaners who share my values and commitment to making a real difference in people’s lives.

Professional Training – ISSA HCT Certification
Our founder completed the ISSA House Cleaning Technician (HCT) certification, covering advanced cleaning techniques, hygiene protocols, and safety practices.
We’re proud to apply this foundation in every home we clean — and we’re scheduled to renew the certification in September 2025 to stay aligned with the latest industry standards.
